Obituary for Bolivar E Valenzuela

Bolivar Valenzuela, 88, loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather passed away on February 16, 2021.

Bolivar is survived by his wife, Alicia Valenzuela; his daughters, Marie Miranda, Monica Valenzuela, Marcia Rendon, and Alba Boada (Jose); his grandchildren, Carlos Chalacan, Alejandro Valenzuela, Eduardo Miranda (Rosie), Erica Miranda (Sebastian), Alexis Sintal (Justin), Joseph Boada, Matthew Boada (Connie), and Juan Oleas; and by his 12 great grandchildren. He predeceased his siblings, Nelson, Marco, and Gloria Valenzuela, his nieces and nephews.

Bolivar was born in Quito, Ecuador on August 18, 1932 to Samuel Valenzuela and Maria Antonia Mora. On March 1, 1958, he married Alicia. From 1958 to 1963 he welcomed his four daughters, who were the most important part of his life.

Bolivar was devoted to his family and an avid skilled tradesperson. He was skilled in a vast number of fields (agriculture, apiculture, electronics, carpentry, plumbing, mechanics) but he spend most of his time specializing in auto mechanics. He shared his knowledge and skills with his daughters and grandchildren. People and friends that got to meet Bolivar, enjoyed his company and charismatic personality. He devoted his last moments to be with his family. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all the people that knew him.
